Return Policy

At Manikenterprise, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use or physical damage not related to shipping

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Electrical items that have been installed or used

  • Products listed as non-returnable in the product description


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@manikenterprise.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our support team will verify and provide instructions for pickup or shipping.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.)

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after product inspection

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item from our end.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or wrong products. You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. To cancel an order, email support@manikenterprise.com with your order ID.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return once delivered.
