1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or non-serviceable areas, our team will notify you if delivery is not possible.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Areas: 5–7 business days

    • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply (depending on location and weight)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

6. Undelivered Orders

If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:

  • The item will be returned to us

  • A second delivery attempt may be made (at extra cost)

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting return shipping and handling fees

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at support@manikenterprise.com with your order ID and photos of the package

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable

8. International Shipping

Currently, Manikenterprise does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
